The Expendables movie defines STAR-STUDDED, ACTION-PACKED , FIERCE movie!
Who could go wrong with Sylvester Stallone, Jason Statham, Jet Li and together with a bunch of action stars like Dolph Lundgreen, Randy Couture, Steve Austin, Mickey Rourke, Randy Couture, Eric Roberts and with special participation of Bruce Willis and Arnold Schwarzenegger?! Well, indeed The Expendables gave the audience a whole action-packed film. Sylvester Stallone is still suave and gorgeous. Jason Statham has a deeper character that you can feel every punch he blows and every stab he makes, it’s like okay you are the real action star. Jet Li on the other hand provided some comic laughs joking about his height compared to the big men on the group but nevertheless Jet Li took care of the martial arts aspect of the film.
I have one word for the film and that is FIERCE… I like the fierceness from the poster, to the looks of these guys to the blasting and stabbing and gun-shooting in the film to Stallone’s tattoos to Mickey Rourke’s highlights up to Statham’s way of stabbing the basketball.. Amazing! All-praises to Stallone’s creation of this ensemble cast.
